  Why does it have to be a short skirt? Why can't it be pants? Look at the female version, it's shorter than the male version anyways >.>

  Don't complain about the short skirts. Yes it's silly but at the same time wearing a coat when you are in the desert is silly too and we can do it. So it's not like they are forcing us to go in snowy areas with a short skirt. It's more like winter in Asia where it's cold enough to wear a coat but girls can still get away with wearing a short skirt if they don't stay outside too long. I'm not saying it's a good idea but it's nothing to shoot the creators for. If you want to play in Vales go get a snowboard suit. At least we aren't stuck with Tera's xmas outfits.

  Both of them are winter themed not holiday themed so it's fair to say there will be plenty of opportunities for them to be implemented this winter.

  In korea in 2013, they had both the Vampire Hunter and Jiang Shi sets in outfit bags for sale. In NA in 2013, we only had the Vampire Hunter set for sale and the Jiang Shi was nowhere to be found. It wasn't until a year later that we got the Jiang Shi set from event rewards rather than being sold.
  
  We also didn't get the korea 2013 winter set for sale as a bag, and now NA gets it as an event reward again.
  
  Not to say there is a pattern, but there might be.
