Wiki has absolutely no information regarding them. Out of curiosity, just what exactly do they do and by specifically much?

I heard one of their skills cures debuffs? Which ones?

The healing breeze doesn't restore hp, it only heals wounds and it does so really rapidly. Excellent after dying by a boss or whatever gives you lots of wounds. Cleansing Dust is what it sounds like.

Cleansing Dust remove debuffs. (30 Minute cooldown)
Healing Breeze increase HP/MP/Stamina/Wound recovery rate by 15% for 2 minutes.

The healing breeze description is probably wrong. There's no way wound recovery rate is +15%. My wound heals like 20 wounds per second. Hp recovery might be +15% but it's still slow that I don't really see a difference.
