Welcome back.
You should read this to get a quick summery of what has happened since then.
For enchants, use max damage enchants. Oblivion ~2-3m, Encore ~400k (burn), Solo ~2-4M, Dexterity ~400k, Hawk ~1M, Swarming ~400k, Fleet ~250k, Camo, ~300k, ect.
For equipment, you may want to look into a Bohemian set since you do archery. I would discourage a thames set since you do archery and fighter though. An attack speed set may be helpful, but not really necessary with your talent choices.
For weapons that shouldn't be too hard to get...
Lances
8+ piercing Lance: Secret Penetrating Knight Lance/Demonic Lance.
You can grab Penetrating Knight Lances for 350-500k atm, and Secret enchant is usually 500-700k (You can also get them yourself though MA!) It might take a few attempts, so I would say it should cost about 1-3m depending on luck for the enchanting process.
9+ piercing lance: Secret 67th's Floor Knight Lance.
Secret, as stated before, is ~500-700k, and 67th is ~2.5-4M. Note that both enchants are r6 or higher, so I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you can buy enchant protection pots, or just buy a premade lance. (Don't put 67th Floor on a demonic unless you want to empty your bank!)
Bows
A highlander bow should work pretty well, but depending on your current max damage with bows, a BDK's bow(if you have under 680 max with the HLB, then BDK is better) might work better. Both weapons have r1 versions floating around, so it shouldn't be too hard.
However, if you're interested in the new raid system (Girgashy), then a better option would be the new Salvation Bow. The mats shouldn't be too hard to get. Most of the mats right now are ~300k each, and the ring is ~1.5-2M. Running the raids might be more efficient than buying all the mats though.
The crusaders skills are a set of skills acquired through the new generation quest, divine knights, and are pretty much only useful in the new raid system (not really used at all since WM AI lock works better), though the shield may be useful based on situations. One skill increases defense, and reduces mineral hail damage based on rank, another binds girgashy (or simply slows down normal mobs), and the sword does damage and lowers girgashy's defense. I'd rank them for stats, but that's really up to you. Each skill has subskills that passively increase an aspect of one of the main skills, such as increased movement speed or damage. You rank those subskills up with crusader points acquired from dailies and weeklies for the raid.
