Homestead Stones now required to remove certain items

The maintenance cost was stupid in the first place. Not everyone can afford a second homestead stone pile and/or a partner, so some are limited to 12 a day if they weren't lucky.

The moons cost that many stones to make. I think their maintenance cost is 0-1 per week.

Maintenance costs are very minor. As Elleanoir said, 14 per week (which is average if you have a decked out homestead) is maybe 1-2 days worth of mining.

If you are REALLY desperate, you could do those bandit runs and get like 1-3 homestead stones from their housing.

My maintenance costs are up to 32. Before I got it up to 40~, which is more than half a weeks worth of daily stone allowance.

That's not the point. My point is the system needlessly takes away hard-earned stones, which makes it more difficult for players who don't have NX. Making stones required to REMOVE objects further amplifies the ridiculousness of the system.

Going back to your statement, what about those who can't log in Mabinogi for whatever reason? Do they just let the force takeaways ruin their homestead lives?

I haven't mined stones for weeks usually. There are times I haven't mined for months. I usually forget about it. I have like one stone thing in my homestead. My maintenance is like 20 stones a week because of the fancy stuff.

I still have like 700+ homestead stones... I am not even sure where all my stones are coming from.

I wouldn't really stay stones are hard to earn. All you have to do is log in and mine them. If you can't pay the fee, and you ran out of stones, your homestead will still be fine. Not really a big deal.

It was implemented when we were able to remove our props and turn them into leaves. This cost (iirc) only occurs to the higher leveled items. Essentially the ones that add to the weekly maintenance fee. I can't remember what determines the cost factor for removal. I think its based off what it adds to the weekly maintenance fee but I'm not really sure. Sorry. :c

I don't think it's been around since when you could first turn things into leaves. Then again, two weeks after we could turn things into items, most of NA still didn't know so.

My maintenance cost is 76 a week actually, and my homestead is completely decorated, so keep in mind that your idea of "decked out" is probably just essential production-like items and not mass amounts of decorations.

Seeing as how 3/4 of my HS is my 200-odd herb depos, I have no choice but to agree to that. The only things that add to my list, are a cow, a few household knick-knacks, and some bamboo fencing marking the house area.

It has been around since leaf conversion became possible. People even made note of it around that time on these forums. So it really is NA just not knowing it if wiki doesn't mention it.
