Yui and Shadow Mission Orbs

Anyone know how does Yui supposed to work in Shadow Mission Orb rooms like the ones in Sulfur Spider SM? I am standing there with Yui, and I don't see any graphic changes.

I'm pretty sure it's dungeon orbs only...

In shadow missions it just detects where the orbs are, exactly like how an arat berry does, but that's it.
