Well I play Kr Test/Kr Lute (Admittingly I'm more active on test even through i should be otherwise). I know the others around here play the same servers with the exception of a few.

To answer your question, there are tons of Korean players. They have 29 channels on most servers and Ch1 is usually packed full of shops that stretch out on the whole west side of Dunbaraton! Ch5 also has a good chunk of people in dunbaraton. Rest is scattered all over.

Edit: I looked it up. Apparently it's illegal to say mean things about people/games/companies on the internet in Korea. So you have to input the SSN so that if you say the game designers are fuckwits they know who you are and where you live so they can arrest you.

This was in action in Southeast Asia too.
It prevents people from scamming, hacking or even cheating in the game as because your public identity is in within the game.
You can't troll if you get fucked IRL for trolling.

I don't study Korean Law, so I don't know? I imagine the same thing that happens when you steal someone's identity over here. They get in trouble temporarily until the investigation reveals someone stole their identity, then they go after that person.

I suggest making a character on Lute as other players suggested. i play on Harp server and i don't think there is anyone in Harp server who speaks english so i'm planning on moving my character and pets to the Lute server.
