Transferring Data from iPhone4 -> 6+

Also, does my gaming data transfer or do I have to replay my games from scratch?

The way iTunes works is when I usually plug it in, it starts initializing back up data automatically from games to music, and other apps/data on my phone. Once it's finished, it's basically a restore point for when transferring over to a new phone and etc. At first I was gonna upgrade from iPhone 4 to 6 myself, but changed my mind last minute and went with a 5s for bigger GB space. And to be honest, I only needed a new phone basically data will be used tremendously for updates and whatnot.
