I do remember way back when doing ninja on the japan servers thinking it was wrong, I just never pursued that thought when it came to NA.

always like this on the japan servers? When I say always, I mean before the skill changes that both servers got, because my current guess is that they changed it like this when they modified the skill cooldowns and what not, and just never updated text

I had some iffs about it when I was trying them in Japan. Something felt off but I didn't have the max damage to really see the differences. I never tried them again when the updates hit the JP servers.
When they hit NA we had a negative protection glitch applied to kunai rush, so I honestly attributed the extra damage to that at the time.
I rarely use ninja, so I guess I've just never noticed how off it was till now.

Saying 500% in the summary isn't a really good idea, IMO. There's still no word from Nexon whether or not 500% damage is intended, and it's also misleading; combined with the skill issue detail that Snowie added, someone could easily mistake it for 500% as the listed value and 600% as the actual damage output.

If they really don't like it, they can revert it back to the 400% values.
If at some point they decide that they like it again, they can simply revert it back to the 500% values.

My biggest concern with wiki is when there's things that can mislead/confuse people.

Because he doesn't like it. And you're right, there are official things that are far more "broken" than this. Ninja has fairly low damage output and it isn't the fastest skillset either and skillsets like puppet and gunner take prority in damage because their "multiple hit" skills are actually a single hit with several visual hits. Kunai storm's CD also makes it too unwieldy to depend on as well.

If you just put a + sign in front of the percentages, it should be fine.
e.g. r1 Kunai storm = +400% Damage
Something tells me that was the mistake they made..

Puppet doesn't have aesthetic multiple hits. Only gunner does.
