I have a level 3k elf......
that mains with archery, secondary is magic
combat and windmill are rank 1, and fire bolt is 1 as well
everything else I don't rely on. but I have all my magic skills. I've done a lot of production work...
but when I thought those wolves were loli they really surprised me...
any tips for the master archers out there?

Step 1: Get Song to r5 (like 2 days of AFK training).
Step 2: Lullaby.
Step 3: Stomp everything forever.
Alternatively, if you have some work into alchemy, Elemental Wave Frozen Blast with a Hurricane cylinder is also a viable way to deal with it. Outside that, idk. CC+4 Firebolt and play dead -> hide if you get in trouble? I don't elf, so I can't say.

Get some damage. I know it sounds dumb, but many of the G19 complaints are that they can't kill the mobs.
Well, I don't really know how you would explain that besides lack of stats.

To append onto ironwoman's response, gear makes a pretty big difference in damage too. Get some properly reforged/upgraded gear if you don't have it

I play a 3.7k elf with r1 all close combat, archery and puppetry skills. G19 was still very difficult for me, and I still haven't finished it.
G19 is tough for archery and puppetry since almost everything has advanced heavy stander, which makes magnum and crisis useless. Elf wm is ineffecitve damage-wise. Personally I got through the wolf part by using hide and slowly chipping away its health with the Iria Saga pegasus summon damages. I know, sounds dumb but it actually works

I use puppets, so this may not help in your specific instance. What I did was Act 7 - Play Dead - Nimbus and repeat. Maybe Crash Shot could replace Act 7?
Like Fracture said, lullaby could work instead of a Nimbus. Maybe try using demi if it doesn't work out?

AoE pets (preferably ice dragon), lullaby, and crisis escape.
I can't remember if I used magnum on the wolves or not.. I may have just taken out my control bars and did smash-->assault slash-->freeze-->wm-->repeat
Whenever there are a lot of mobs with adv heavy stander, you're definitely going to need lullaby/freezing AoE pets or any kind of lengthy distraction, cause archery sucks when you're dealing with those.
But anyways, I used archery for girgash, so it's doable. Though, probably not the best method.

Finish G1~18. You'll get the strength there to combat G19.
Seriously why doesn't G19 have a generation prerequisite...

Not gonna lie, G19 has some pretty stupid shit. Looking at you, Pennar... Adv Heavy Stander tacked on to monsters that don't have aggro designed for it, enemies that teleport, do 300+ damage, and are immune to everything but melee, having Girgashiy spam skills that were specifically taken out of the solo raid... Yeah it's pretty fuckin' dumb sometimes.

Just overall a bad generation, poor difficulty scaling (in the beginning it was easy and towards the end it became very hard). G19's story was not that strong imo, the main characters were not as memorable as the older generation characters (Tarlach, Cai, Leymore, Elatha). I still havn't finished mine as I was stuck on the Realization quest. Fortunately the holy knight skills are not that great so I don't feel bad missing out on those.

I actually found it peaked in the middle. Pennar and the third Girgashiy fight were insanely hard, the early peridot animal fights were pretty rough, but the last two missions were cakewalks. I found some of the characters memorable, but it was partially crippled by the fact that you couldn't talk to anyone except the quest NPC. Altam is supposedly head-over-heels in love with the legend of me, but if I'm supposed to talk to Tavish, he completely ignores me? What?
It had issues.

Uhh, G19 wasn't that bad except from the constant boss fights and I usually got fed up trying too hard and used Guardian Stones a lot and got in some damage before I let myself die again, lol. Adventure seals aren't that hard to come by and in my opinion, there's nothing really outstanding to spend it on..
When you use a guardian stone, you get a 5~10 second invincibility which you can use to your advantage to kill stuff. You can also use AoE pets, Lullaby, Play dead etc..
Seeing that you're a 3k archer elf, you should have enough dex to do a good bit of the generation without dying..

All this complains and I'm starting to see why J server just started up event to award secondary titles to those who finishes G19 by Feb 11 2015.
(one elf in the middle of, and the other melee elf just started to check alternate strategy and absolutely nothing for main human :-)
