The title is true. I tried to make a new account, but nooope. Says I have to follow the "rules" for something.
This website has very limited features, and that "Bunny" lady keeps stalking me. Ever heard of PRIVACY? Yeah. I forgot, you must be Asian or something so you don't know complete English.
The Vindictus forums are better. No one is stalking you, AND you can post everything your mind comes up with. There's no spam limitations, nor any stalkers named Bunny.
FIX THESE FORUMS!!! For goodness sake. Fix them, and I'll come back. Bann me, and I'll sue you.
We should be able to speak our mind. In our country, there's always "Freedom of the press." and "Freedom of Speech.". I mean, really. I'll break every flipping rule on this website if I have to. Oh wait, I probably did because of those limitations that WE have to follow.

If you have a problem with the forums or a moderator you should private message a member of staff. If you do in fact just want to be banned, keep doing what you are doing. When you made your account you agreed to the rules of the forums, it's your own fault that you cannot follow them (IE: Necro posting, double posting, immature behavior, etc)
