Blacksmithing Manuals?

Well, which ones? You can purchase them from various NPCs or get them as drops from specific missions. Jousting can earn you points to purchase manuals as well.

Oh and will im here. A mate of mine started as a gunslinger but we have yet to find him any weapons?
