  This might be because they are no longer doing commerce or farming. They are also operating in a much more clandestine manner because they see that Nexon will take measures to fight them. Given how empty the beaches and Emain Macha tend to be, they can go about their business without being spotted.

  No, he was talking about the Apostle Soul attack being massively glitched.
  
  It spawns all the souls on the Apostle, causing him to kill everyone, and heal himself back to over 25% life before anyone can react almost.
  
  Souls don't go away either, it keep piling up until it lags everyone out...
  
  Only way to avoid this is just WM spam to prevent him from using souls in the first place.
  
  Of course, many people who do Apostle Normal are there to hit the soul once for their dailys.
