I decided to help with my training on meteor I would obtain a Druids mark. I bought a new character and obtained this artifact. Swapped it over to my main via bank and for some reason the 50% bonus training is not being applied at all to any talent listed.
Is there something I am doing wrong? It says you don't have to have that talent active but maybe you do? Anyone know? Thanks.
I checked wiki the discussion page does not help as to why mine are not working.
Request close I figured it out. It shows the change right in the training window.
