Not sure if this belonged in the questions or mabinogi talk sections so I just decided to post it here. As the title suggests, I just started ranking ninja. How do you guys rank ninja or how do I rank it quicker? I'm currently just throwing shurikens at Brown foxes all day long..

- Lingering Darkness, with the barrier spike groups
- Just keep using it over and over and over.

All of them can be trained in TNN with the exception of Sakura Abyss

Actually you can do Sakura Abyss. Just push the zombies close together with Firebolt.

You can train all of the skills at once in Saga S1 Episode 4 when the mobs get into a "stuck" phase, where they won't move at all. If the mobs don't get stuck, exit and re-enter till they are. It usually takes a few days after a maintenance for them to get like that. Kill the 2 Blade Wyvern spawns and lure 1 mob over to Millia to prevent the mission from completing and you're pretty much set for infinite spawns clustered in one place automatically.

That is extremely inefficient in my eyes

I wouldn't do this because you'd most likely one shot the zombies, which doesn't really help for the crit requirement.

It's not really, it's very easy to gather 10+ zombies within 5 mins which is the skills cooldown. We all have our preferences though.

Pot poison your strength and will.
But yeah, as Danny said we all have our preferences.

Back in ver 1 training regime in J server, Their Way was my fav. Just don't wipe out the last batch of four, and train everything but Sakura Abyss on them, wait for CT to expire, which was 30 minutes back then >< Two minutes till end of CT, go in and start rounding them up, and blast off. Exit, start making your way to the last batch of zombies again. Difficulty, Basic, so that I can wipe out all those midway undead with just summoning of bone dragonX3 (that way I can get to the last batch sooner and start my training). I know it ain't gonna help, but for memory sake.

I wish you the best of luck for Sakura Abyss training. Ninja Talent alone took me I believe 2 weeks - 1 month to rank it up to R1 because of the long CD time.
Anyways, I believe I did SCC to train Sakura Abyss (Not sure if it's SCC, but the shadow mission in Tara that only 1 person can enter). I can't remember, but I exploited the barriers to do the crit and mob training requirement.

That's Lingering Darkness. Shadow Cast City doesn't have barrier spikes.
