I took a screenshot of the talent page of the wiki, and highlighted the highest talent exp to AP ratio (most effective to rank mage talent level). It depends on what spells you have access to, but here it is.

According to the wiki, all bolts and all int magic give the same ap to talent exp ratio, so choose between the bolts and intermediate magic.

thx for help guys, i looked at those skills and saw that just ranking thunder, or blaze would be easier and less ap wasting then all 3 bolts(now just gotta see which is more useful)
