  Probably to increase sales.
  Aside from the niche aesthetics and the exclusive food ( depends on its stats and if it can be catered ) there's really no point in buying one if you already have the regular truck. The regular one also came with the chef hat and whatever so maybe that too

  So...if I will probably never do Alch and Probably won't get catering for a while either, I'm guessing it's not worth it since it doesn't come with the chef hat this time I think.
