  The few people i've seen duplicate diamonds were quickly banned for it.

  There's no feeding packet AFAIK and all the methods of duping diamond usage would cause you to cc often, making it impractical for ego hunger tics. Not to mention, like Kaeporo said, those methods are quickly patched and the abusers banned.

  No need to dupe diamond. Just dupe anything of value and sell it for gold --> buy diamond.

  I did lose 2 str levels so I went from 48 to 46. I fed that back now though, now my ego's at 48 str, 40 will and 35 luck. It currently sits at 211 max and (lol) 8% crit. I'll post a screenshot when the game comes up.
