PTJ Failure Removal

The part-time job counter for a particular job type will decrease after three real-life days of not performing that job. Failures are removed from the counter before successes; therefore, the success rate percentage can be improved by simply not doing the job for a few days.

What I'm curious about is the rate that the failures are removed at after the 3 days. Is it 1 failure per IRL day?

It's much much more than that, and I believe the rate increases as time goes by. I don't know any specifics, but I believe you can lose upwards of 100 jobs in 2~3 weeks.
