If Vindictus NA does not work, I would try Vindictus EU.
I don't know from where you are so that's the best info I can give.

I used to use AOL to play NA Vindictus before they rolled out the Oceania server.
Just be very careful not to change your proxy /while/ the game is running, or else they'll suspend your account - requiring email activation
