Crusader Combo Specifics

  So, this team of Mari Girgashiy Raiders (specifically Jiuhin, the leader in that raid) wanted everyone to know:
  
  

  
  
  • Celestial Spike weakens Girgashiy's resistance to Judgment Blade's damage. At Novice CS, JB deals 3% of its damage to Girgashiy, increasing by 3% per rank all the way up to 48% at rank 1. This stacks additively and caps at 100%, making JB do its base damage on Girgashiy.
    
  • Judgment Blade Reduces/Ignores the Apostle Damage Reduction, not the defense stat or protection as to what the in-game says.
    
  • Judgment Blade itself ignores 100% of the damage reduction.
    
  • Judgment Blade inflicts debuff that reduces its damage reduction by 35%, affecting all players. It lasts 10 seconds and according to the Mari Raid team it stacks, though they doesn't know how much, nor do they know exactly how Breaking Lies affects the debuff.
    
    
    
    • In the above video, you can see laughably weak fighter and bone dragon damage at 0:43. After 0:57, you can see them doing a fuckton of damage and whittling it from 13.89% to 0% in a matter of seconds with WotG and stuff.   I saw support shot, but what set of equipments people are using to increase their Judgement Blade damage by that much?

  • Damage range stat, which is directly influenced by the equipped weapon.
    
  • Piercing Level.
    
  • R Special Upgrades.
    
  • ~35% Smiting Level bonus, making Judgment Blade's damage do about ~1215%.
    
  • Celestial Spike, but it doesn't boost it beyond its base damage.

  That's it. There's no Crusader reforges or any of the sort that further amplifies Judgment Blade.

  What enchants people are stacking there? Will using +max damage for gun reforges help when using the gun to increase Blade damage?

  Well, ultimately, the blade relies on your max damage to calculate damage so yes it'd apply.
  However, it also applies on-hit affects like freezing from languhiris lance and piercing from all lances in general.
  Kaeporo also mentioned the applications of Bhafel Huntress's % damage increase, along with the special bows/bolts which also increase damage output.

  Except Girgashiy is immune to freezing and deals no bonus damage so that's irrelevant to the raid.

  Basically yes, except Skele Dragon and Support Shot are swapped.

  1. Buff (Battlefield Overture, Catering, Bone Chips)
  2. Enter Raid
  2. Debuff (Devil's Dash + Spinning Uppercut)
  3. Counter Mineral Hail with Shield of Trust + (optionally hide inside mimics)
  4. Bind with 27~33 ranks worth of Celestial Spike
  5. Warders/Binders use Rage Impact (when available) and then Support Shot for (Smiter 1)
  6. Smite with 10~15 Binding Needle (Smiter 1)
  7. Repeat 5-6 for each Smiter
  8. DPS post final Smiter for 10 seconds (if Breaking Lies 10+)
  
  That's about it.
  
  It takes a lot of coordination which is why you need a good team, not just some group.

  Which is easier said than done. Stop being so naive Milletians, thinking you can just plow through Girgashiy effortlessly with no coordination. @_@
