Fleet Feet aren't 20% (and racial speed info).

One could try and find a 10% wave sweeper to compare it to.

I believe fleet feet bonus works like this:

(character speed + wavesweeper) * 10% = total.

my personal tests seem to show this : human with rank s wave + fleet is marginally slower than base elf.

If somebody on Ruairi has any other movement-enhancing items that a male human can wear I'll test and grab the units per second.
Female elf and giant as well, but I'll just be able to get the raw numbers, not what stacks with what (as my alpaca robe and fleet feet are male).

Measured the walking cycle of an elephant.

Nothing: (121-164), 0.716 seconds.
Fleet Feet: (139-178), 0.650 seconds.
Alpaca Robe: (109-145), 0.600 seconds.
Commerce 17: (125-153), 0.466 seconds.

17+Fleet: (079-104), 0.4166 seconds.
17+Robe: (115-145), 0.500 seconds.
17+Fleet+Robe: (162-188), 0.433 seconds.

Note that this is rough, it's not granular enough for precise measurements but it shows that those things all stack.

There's definitely a movement speed cap. I tried stacking a lot of movement speed buffs and I stopped getting faster. March Song, if it did anything, was negligible, and Shadow Cloak gave me no discernable speed boost at all.

I didn't know that commerce robe and reforges stacked to begin with. I thought that the commerce robe was like equivalent to level 10 reforge or something and that even if you had the reforge level 10 and the robe they didn't stack. My memory could be way off as its been forever since I played. I remember as a human I used fleet feet regularly and noticed a difference when I used demi and when I used shadow cloak but not really when using march song. I had a level 19 or 20 portia which I remember vastly increased commerce speed but fleet feet didnt seem to help much and nothing (demi, march, cloak) seemed to help that.

Again measuring the walk cycle of the elephant commerce mount, at a higher FPS this time for more granularity, did the measurements a few more times to be sure. I'd say the error mercentage is about 10% of a value to account for duplicate frames and such.

Nothing: (8.275-9.000) 0.725 seconds.
Fleet Feet: (10.383-11.050) 0.667 seconds.
Alpaca Robe: (8.617-9.217) 0.600 seconds.
Commerce 17: (8.008-8.483) 0.475 seconds.

17+Fleet: (5.758-6.192) 0.434 seconds.
17+Robe: (4.400-4.875) 0.475 seconds.
17+Fleet+Robe: (15.125-15.558) 0.433 seconds.

So Fleet Feet are about 10% here, the robe is about 19-20%, commerce level 17 is about 52-53%, and the alpaca robe does not actually stack with the reforge. I didn't bother with March Song or Shylock or other buff combinations because they don't work on the commerce mount anyways.

This is the most comprehensive calculation I've seen so far regarding movement speed.

I'm not going to bother translating every word of it since I'm lazy, but here is the final formula he came up with.

Summed Modifiers
Sum1: Highest number from Wave Sweeper, Movement Speed Reforge, March Song, Demi-God and title.
Sum2: Shield of Trust
Sum3: Fleet Feet

Multipliers

Mult1: Referer Bonus (not applicable in NA)
Mult2: Floral Fairy
Mult3: Feather of Festia (not applicable in NA as of writing this)
Mult4: Festia Ranking Wings (not applicable in NA as of writing this)
Mult5: Commerce Partner, Speed Potion, Persona, Shadow Cloak and other commerce enhancement.

If multiplier 5 exists, value of Sum1 becomes 0.

Race Speed
Human: 100%
Giant: 116%
Elf: 133%

Final Movement Speed = (Race Speed+Sum1+Sum2+Sum3)*Mult1*Mult2*Mult3*Mult4*Mult5

TLDR: Wave Sweeper and Fleet Feet and you are good.
