  Works like a normal reforge tool, just has a higher chance of increasing the reforge rank like from r3->r2 or r2->r1.

  Yea should I expect a rank up every time I use one? Or Is it more likely to rank up? And if so by how much if anyone knows those numbers Guaranteed rank up seems OP, but then again so do those training seals

  No, it means that you can use as many of those hammers on a single item as you want. It's not like those rusty ones where you can only use it once per item and then can't ever use it again on that same item. You use it once and it goes away.

  Yeah, I've been shaking my head at the number of people who seem to think that Nexon would release an item that essentially nullifies the durability system as a small part of a huge package of great items for a mere 12.9k NX.

  At least it's on equal terms with what KR got. Which I'm pretty surprised about. I don't see anything from the gach and Mabiland that KR didn't have. Of course we already got the bags a couple months back that was released around the time of the 10th anniversary in KR.
