patcher not working

i tried to download Mabinogi and the game downloads wothout a problem, and the patcher is downloading every thing. but when the pather tries to install it its not working its says something about failed to extract data or something.

i redownloaded the game 3 times restarted my pc 2 times. tried to patch it woith antivirus shut off, and every program in the background turned off.

nothing works what to do?
