What chat? You can just click the link you posted and copy the link that show up in your navigation bar afterwards, it should be like this:

You can even drop that last bit and shorten it to:

I think he means embedded like this. He wants the new links to work with the "insert video" button which currently only works with the full youtube links. Just use the full links; it's like osay said, the youtu.be links just direct you to the full link anyway so it's easy enough to get.

If anything, Nation should be updated to use proper iframe embedding instead of Flash objects for videos. The old method is deprecated; the new method allows for things like HTML5 playback instead of Flash.
