Hey, so I'm finally at the point where I need to meteor some dragons. I'm just worried about missing haha. Is there any chance you can miss with meteor when you're targeting the white dragon? Meteor's aoe is humongous, but what if the dragon flies up right as the meteor is to land? Does it miss, or does it still hit him? What if he dashes? I think I read somewhere about his hitbox remaining where the dash began, kind of like if we get hit while we tumble.
Any advice would be highly appreciated!

If I were you id load it immediately after it does its ice storm attack that freezes anything then wait for it to touch down to drop the meteor on it. Alternatively there are dragons like prairie dragon and desert dragon that can be locked into the same attacks and when it comes dashing back to you drop the meteor strike on where it would land.

I would stick to prairie, desert and black. G8 final dragon is also good if you haven't finished that quest.
Black dragon can sometimes also count for hitting X number of enemies.

+1 to what Osay said. I ranked it on those and it went really well.

If you can still fight G8 final, use lullaby first to make sure the jerk doesn't fly away just as you fire.
Also, potion poison away your int, make sure you don't accidentally kill it with a crit meteor.

If you're in meteor's maximum targeting range, Black/White won't aggro.

As a mage white dragon is too annoying with those flying shits. You're defenseless loading and aiming meteor and they keep ruining everything.

Stupid question, is meteor affected by mage talent? I realized how much Int it gives and I might just rank it up just for that.

Yes. As is Spellwalk, Snap Cast, Mana Recovery, and Lightning Rod.

Wait, just to clarify, what do you guys mean by affected by the mage talent? Is spirit2roam asking if the training is doubled via mage talent, or are they asking something else? I actually rb'd into merlin's talent a few hours ago because I wanted double meteor strike training; could I have gotten that by just the mage talent then? D:

Training, and yes you could have gotten it by just Mage. Going into Merlin just automatically grants you Meteor, Spellwalk, and Snap Cast.
