Best Way To Harvest Elemental?

I am trying to bring up my meditation rank and I`m at rank B to A. Was wondering if there is an easy way to get the 5 massive elemental or at least the 50 regular ones for each element.

1. Get a Ice, Fire, or Lightning Wand, whichever element you want to harvest. Doesn't matter what kind.
2. Go to Ceo Island to the farthestmost right side, where the Sprites are.
3. Use Lullaby on Sprite.
4. Right Click Sprite with corresponding wand equipped and no shield.
5. Kill Sprite if it wakes up or doesn't have anymore elementals, wait for one to respawn.
6. Rinse and repeat.
7. ???
8. PROFIT!!!
