Guild Introduction is what people will see when they click on your guildstone
Entrance message is the message they receive when you approve their application
Withdrawl message is the message they receive when they leave the guild
Refusal message is the message they receive when you reject their application

Of course, replace the parts that aren't true for those that are true for your guild. I suck at the introduction, so you might not want to take that advice.

Guild Introduction should be like "This is the guildstone of [guild name]! We are a guild that likes to have fun and socialize. [List any additional aspects] To apply, please apply in this format: [insert format here]..." etc
Entrance: "Welcome to [guild name], we hope you enjoy your Mabi life here."
Withdrawal Message: "Hope to see you back soon."
Refusal Message: "Sorry, for any reason you have not been accepted."
