Me and previous owner were both trying for Shooting Rush 15+ but after 1300+ combined reforges it never came out above 12 so i'm just done trying. Saw every lv 20 double/triple you can possibly imagine but never a single shooting rush.
I'm guessing something in the 25~30m price range or equivalent in other payment methods.

RNG is really REALLY dumb. I know someone who only used 80ish reforges and they got Shooting Rush lv 20...
