Please Help~

I liked this game a lot, I recently started and I have been working on quests. However, when I enter dungeons, I have issues.

I am on the Dul Brau Dairam Goddess Quest and I must finish the dungeon with Tarlach's pouch. I tried entering once and a pop up came up and said "You must be the party leader" (I was second in the party, but I guess I have to go in alone anyway). Now, when I left the party I went back to retrieve the item to drop for the dungeon and it's no longer in my inventory! It's not in the ME or Regular inventory sections. I even went to talk to Kristell in Dunbarton for another, but....she doesn't give me another one. Can someone please assist me? D:

I really like this game, but I do not know how to get this pouch back. This is not the first time something like this has happened, but previous times I can go back to the NPC to get the missing item.

Tl;dr: Can't get my missing item (Tarlach's pouch) back for the dungeon, Kristell wouldn't give me another one, please I need help.

Make sure you're not in a party at all.If you have to stay, be the party leader lool Also did you use the right keyword? If so, did you check the Basic and ''Me'' part of your Inventory? It looks like this

Most of the time, generation items goes directly to ''Me'' inventory

Hey Twin, I actually figured it out. It was missing from my inventory so I went back to Kristell and went to the book that shows when you start a conversation to the quest I was on. She gave me a new one, haha. Thanks for trying to help me though I appreciate it!

(I hope this helps anyone else having this similar issue as well)
