Culinary Artist will give you the best stat gain for puppet and archery as well as having some dex skills raised.

Soul star will give you the same dex per level, and also will come with more ranks in skills you will find using in combat more often (aka BFO, singing, lullaby, etc)

Of NA player base? None that I would really recommend.

Here's a noticeably strong elf player from KR server, but probably not the one you want to watch since this person doesn't post tons of archery stuff even though he's probably one of the highest damagers in archery as well. There was a guy who was 4 shotting dragons, but I have a hard time finding his video.

As for Giant, you should either create under Vates or Culinary Artist. Vates provides some nice alchemy skills that are good all around, while Culinary Artist provides you with buff skills you could pick up.

As for Giant channel, this is what I would watch. Korean player again, I really feel that Korean players give you much better examples than the NA playerbase. This guy isn't the "best", but is still good enough and provides tons of media, not just Giant stuff.

Seems like at least double elemental reforge, because fighter doesn't do that much damage without uber reforges.

There's already been records of 1.5 mil drop kicks before so 100k drop kick doesn't surprise me nor is it ridiculously impressive. Not like I haven't done that damage before either.
