After 2+ monthes of sending in tickets about my glitch to nexon, gm Causk replied to me about my issue.

Only problem is my error isnt an error code problem. Do you remember the roll backs in june? when we had the 8,900nx for 1 month of service deal and they had really bad roll backs? Well heres my problem.
While doing g9 clues for my giant I finished the clues book on ch1 i read the book and finished the quest, then immediately after i got the book and quest completed i change channels and i waited for my owl. During that time Ch1 went down and people got rolled back, so brig never got the "Unfold the Secret" keyword or any new keywords. In fact no owl ever showed up and i stayed on him for 8 hours that day no owl. So now hes stuck i have the sundial and i have the book in my possession and i tried dropping the book and gifting it putting all the pieces back in the book and nothing the book says complete.
so my question is since the GM wants error codes how do i show him/ her the proof of this glitch? do i use screen shots to show him/her the glitched book and sundial? or show them the fact that i dont have any key words that im supposed to have? Im in a bind here and i need to know what to do before the Gm closes my ticket for the 6th time.
