The most amazing macro micro I've seen in SC2 so far.
The game reaches over 50 minutes with every expansion being mined out and the game going on a constant tug of war stalemate. Using whatever trick they can to push each other over.

Nydus worms screwed the Protoss over D: If he had Air units he might've done better I guess.

World Cyber games Will be fun to watch when they get SC2 in it. The SC1 Matches were really interesting.

Protoss needed Immortals earlier.

Zerg probably would've switched to air units if Immortals came.
But I agree, Immortals would've been great in this game.

If I played either of those guys, I'd be dead in 10 minutes D:
Their tactics are amazing. I would have never attempted trying to do things like sacrificing men to sabotage my enemies' workers nor be able to pull off attacks like that at 9:00 so quickly.

I question the Protoss' decision to keep making high templars even while the Zerg was pumping out ultras like no other, Storm barely even scratches ultras.

Probably his mineral disadvantage.
They're the cheapest unit in terms of minerals and he was ahead in gas by quite a bit.

What I Expected: TT1 vs MasterAsia
What I Got: Too epic for words.
I'm so going to use my worms like that from now on.

Also i think it was mainly used to keep the zerglings at bay. If I recall correctly, the commentator stated that ultralisks have a hard time getting close enough to attack without zergling support. His ultimate goal could be to slowly chip away at the ultralisks health.

Unfavorable > Ineffective
Did you see how many high templars he had?
He just bruted through with a bunch of storms. And it did extremely well at keeping the units at bay until the very end.
Anyways been watching a lot of videos recently, along with videos from day9.tv
Learning. A lot.
day9tv really helps you learn since he doesn't just show replays, but he stops them, rewinds, talks about what happened, and what should've or could've happened, and criticizes some good plays or bad ones. Always gives new tips.
He reviews high level and low level replays and talks about small things that can really help in the long run.
Only real downside is that the first of four videos he always spends about 4 or 5 minutes blabbing about his personal life.
Low level, decision making. This one really taught me a lot.

Gold level, "little things".

Also, HDstarcraft has some amazing video guides on things like how to make certain builds or fend off against certain effective builds.
"How to Baneling Bust"
"How to block a Baneling Bust"
Such and such.

But it's entertaining/interesting. To some people at least.

Day9 talked about this game in today's daily. The first 10-15 minutes of the game wounds him he says.
