Broken Seal chain

I can tell this chain is quite rare by running alby adv hm with my alts x7

i am wondering if there is some way to craft this item and if so what is the mats + rank to do so.

Na ppl I know are goodie-two shoes. Maybe all the people you know (*everyone*) would be banned.

But yea multiclienting is sigh-> almost abusive in a way but I guess everyone can play the game their way (getting caught or not)..

All RNG, you're just unlucky enough to not see those seal chains.

Out of the 8 seal chains used for me, 6 were drop from dungeon.

No hebona drops were witnessed during those runs.

So you're telling me that none of your friends have ever mentioned a non-nexon website in the in-game chat or PM, and none of them have ever let their sibling or partner log into an account for them for a hot-time event or something?

And why exactly would this only apply to people that "I know"? I actually find it hilarious because they can just ban anyone for any reason. Whenever, wherever.

Multi Clienting and having alts are two different offenses but not mutually exclusive. I don't understand all the Tu Quoque arguments being thrown left and right. It doesn't change the facts.

I'll just say that using several physical machines is not against the ToS. While it's very likely OP is multi-clienting, there's no reason to assume he fits your definition of a "cheater" and call him out on it because he could very well just have 6 old laptops laying around and you don't really know that he doesn't.
