So... What is this quest exactly? I mean what do you have to do and what do is said about it?

Also is it really Rank 8 to start? Given that Nexon said R8 Counter is required to start Rage Impact quest and it's false...

It is indeed r8 to start, but the quest is 100% useless. Literally you talk to Gilmore, he tells you about the manuals, and then you complete for like 1K EXP and 300 gold.

I didn't check his shop before doing the quest. Does he sell them before you complete it? Either way, I was able to trade a manual to someone who didn't do it, so it's a moot point, just a matter of convenience.

Yes, you can. I bought my CWA and RCWA manuals when I was r9.

Nothing of much interest. Frankly the only thing the quest is for is to draw attention to their existence, but anyone who can make them has definitely heard of them and most people who can't have as well.
