  [S]As of recent events my R1 Rosemaries have gone missing and I'm asking anyone on the server who is willing to help if they can help me find whoever has them and see if they are kind enough to give them back at all.
  
  How do I know someone has them? I filed a ticket to support and a gm told me that they were apparently picked up by somebody and that they cannot restore them to my account.
  
  If you can help me find whoever has them I will give you my eternal gratitude as I hope whoever it is has a kind soul and is really forgiving and understanding enough to give them back. I know what the reforge was but chances are they were already reforged over and I know what dura they were unless they used a ferghus/plat hammer. 10 Dura and had already used a gold hammer so it should say completed. Thank you if you are willing to help.[/S]

  I call bullshit on that GM's response, because I can't imagine something as valuable as Rosemaries being drop-tradable. I'm assuming your ticket was already closed though... I'd still try to send in another ticket even if the same GM responds. (Also.. what? They can tell an item's been picked up, but can't tell who picked it up? Are you sure it still isn't somewhere in your inventory then? Although I'm sure you've checked countless times...)
  
  Either way, I really doubt the person who picked up your gloves will be willing to return them. Even if they found them with the intention of returning them, they'd have no real way to determine who the true owner is.
  
  I wish you good luck in getting your gloves back. I'll ask around, but I'm not sure how much help that'll amount to.

  That's quite bull too... My ex-bestie got hacked few years ago and she sent in a similar ticket but they claim not being able to disclose the information due to a 'safety reason' so she pretty much thought it was me thus resulting in 'ex-bestie'.

  My best bet is to look for gloves that has the same enchant, since I doubt that person's gonna bother enchanting over, especially if it were good enchants.
