It was just released on KR a few days ago after being on their test server. Additionally, there were some changes from test server to live server. I don't think OP has information regarding the changes from test->live. Here's a video on the live changes. There is also information in the "Future Content" section on Nexon's Vindi forums, if anyone is extra curious.

Oh yeah. Evie and alchemy, never made much sense. I think her scythe should empower her alchemy in some ways, not so much for staff.
