Nexon Launcher?

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. So today I got a new PC setup and I'm trying to reinstall Mabi.

Things is, I prefer Mabinogi being a stand alone game that I can log into but today I found that I have to use a "Nexon Launcher" that acts like Steam to play it. I remember installing mabi a few weeks ago and it was a standalone client.

I'd really rather not use this forced launcher and just stick to the original standalone client. Is it still possible? If so, how? Thank you in advance!

Make a shortcut on the desktop or something and set the target to the Mabinogi.exe file in your Mabinogi folder. Usually it is C:\Nexon\Mabinogi\Mabinogi.exe
but yours might be installed elsewhere. Then just use that to run mabi directly.
