It's supposed to be released with the giant renewal update, apparently.
As well as the vito crux armor.

Apparently it should have been out a long time ago. G8 to be precise because:

Well, DevCat/Nexon does not care care about Giants so they make them suffer by giving Giants less supplied Giant-only armor/clothes which Humans/Elves can get from almost anywhere.

There isn't a Dustin Armor for Giants. That would defeat the purpose of the Colin Plate Armor.
