Is anyone able to link to concrete evidence that it actually has an effect on repair rate? Or better yet, has anyone personally obtained this title?

If it does, how exactly is the title obtained?
Some people claim you just have to lose 10 dura of any item in total during a perfect repair.
Others claim that you must completely fail every single point of a 10 max dura weapon during a perfect repair.

In all cases everyone points to one wiki or forum as source and said places don't have any source listed to back up either statement.

The guy fully repairs a 61 durability melka chain armor, fails 10 points, no title obtained. The item has to be 0/0 after the said failed repair.

So what are the best candidates? Scimitar, the cheapest option and still 10 durability. The probably better options are battle swords, because you can dual wield them, or basic control bar, for more points to fail.

I also believe there is a chance to know, not obtain the title, when you fail 4 or more points at once, as pointed out by this one: http://www.clien.net/cs2/bbs/board.php?bo_table=cm_mabi&wr_id=28285&page=

Thanks for clearing that up. How about the title actually doing anything other than stats? cause at most there's just rumors here and there and no screenshot or anything concrete.

As for the repair success rate... I'm having a hard time finding a concrete source as well, although, from what I found, the most prevalent repair success rate is 95%. Could be a rumor, we don't know.

Thanks, I couldn't find anything other than 95% rumors as well. I guess for now until someone can show the effect not worth jumping on the ferghus hype.
