Do Ninja Skill training potion (1 day) exist?

I got started way late actually training these skills, and thus I missed the event on release.
I am NOT buying those 10 minute potions for these skills, and I'm working on Shadow Cloak currently, Rank 3. It is ridiculous how long this takes.

Do the 1 day pots exist for ninja skills?

Doubt it. Not once did I even see one ever. I can't confirm it doesn't exist, but the probability that it does exist is very low.
