If it's less than 30, give the Warrior enchant scroll in chest 1.
If it's 30-54, give a Lute with the Lucky enchant in chest 1.
If it's 55-84, give the Lethal enchant scroll in chest 1.
Otherwise, give the Precise enchant scroll in chest 1.
Is the enchant scroll in the same category as the hebona robe or it's completely an additional drop alongside of everything?
And can the hebona robe be found in chest 1 IF there's less than 8 players? Or does it make chest 1 to always be a "party count chest"?

Hebona is always separate from the "normal" drops. The first N chests created are the only ones with a chance to drop a hebona, where N is the number of party members.
So for a solo party, only the first chest created can drop a hebona.
For a party of 4, hebonas come from 1, 2, 3, 4.
Party of 8, ALL chests can drop.
Note that the chests are positioned randomly. You can't tell the creation order of chests by simply looking at them, you need to use something like MabiPale to get this information.

I wonder if prop IDs are attached to things in such a way that there could be a client-side mod to display them without a bunch of custom functions or displaying IDs on absolutely everything that exists.

I find it weird that when i solo an sm that's for more than 1 people (not solo), it's possible for me to get no materials at all (for new weapons). Is the mat drops only meant for 1 chest every elite and randomizes like the hebona robe?

For elite SMs, I've seen every chest drop mats, and sometimes only 1 or 2 people get.
From that I would just assume each chest can drop it but not at a 100% chance.

Advanced Hardmode dungeons are the ones with guaranteed drops.
Elite SMs aren't, they just have higher rates than Hard.

What about skill books, say for example Composing 9>8 from Karu dungeon normal mode? Does it have a chance to drop from all chests, or just the primary one like enchant scrolls?
I've been hunting for it for a few days now you see, so I'm considering getting more people to join.

Karu Forest...
Increases the gold count by party count slightly up to 4 players, stops increasing it past that.
Generate a random number to 100.
17%: If it's 17 or less, drop Magic Powder x2-3.
17%: Otherwise if it's 34 or less, drop Mana Herb x2-3.
17%: Otherwise if it's 51 or less, drop HP 50 Potion x2-3.
17%: Otherwise if it's 68 or less, drop Stamina 50 Potion x2-3.
17%: Otherwise if it's 85 or less, drop Mana Herb x2-3.
5%: Otherwise if it's 90 or less, drop Eternal Rest.
5%: Otherwise if it's 95 or less, drop My Nubes Meditation Method.
5%: Otherwise if it's 100 or less, drop The Innocence of the Lute.
The books can be in any chest 'cause they're in the normal drop pool, so more players = more possible book drops.
For the JP region, it's the same drop chances except Magic Powder is 1% less drop rate, so that there's an extra 1% which is a Muramasa drop.
The enchanted item shows up in just chest 1, which seems to be the usual thing. Karu Forest is set up to drop two possible enchant sets, one on sickles, and if the server is earlier than G4S2, older enchants on Warhammers. Curious that they have a post-Iria dungeon set up to still function that "early".

I went in with 8 people after seeing this and it finally dropped on the first go. Thanks!
And I also want to thank you for the rest of your data mine threads, I've always been interested scrapped features (in other various games), so I really enjoyed reading those insights.

Dunno', it didn't exist back then.

Low.
When spamming Alby Adv HM, we got ~8 Hebonas (with 5 people per run) but only one radiant string.
Assuming we always opened the right chests, the probability of getting a Hebona with 5 people is roughly 20% The fact that we got 8 says we ran about 40 dungeons. This is ~ 200 chests, and we got one string. You're looking at about 0.5%
I know this isn't the exact number you were hoping for, but I hope it ballparks it for you.

... The server accounts for more than 8 players in a party, and this was well before Raid parties. It also accounts for less than 1 player, so either this is a failsafe (there's a failsafe gold multiplier too), or it accounts for GM trickery.
For dungeons that were entered with a junk item instead of a dungeon pass, it's possible for someone who was not in the original party to enter, and it's possible for original party to leave and for the other person/people to clear the dungeon.
Chest generation, if it hasn't changed in the years since I last ran Peaca normal, is based on the number of original party members that are still in the dungeon at the time the boss room opens.

I was going to post this on the request thread, but I think it would fit more right here.
What's the deal with Dexterity enchant?
I went through the uh.. files. Dexterity's ID is 30642, unlike the other shadow mission enchant drops (Fleet, Melting, etc) this one acts like the Hebona Robe, probably because it was added later on.
int iEnchantId = 30642; //ì¸ì±ˆíЏ 옵션 ID
int iEnchantRate=0; //ì¸ì±ˆíЏ 스í¬ë¡¤ 나올 확ë¥
This means by default it doesn't drop, right?
case(0)
{
iC4CostumeRate = 0;
iEnhanceItemRate = 0;
iEnhanceStonRate = 0;
iEnchantRate = 0;
}
case(1)
{
iEnhanceStonRate = 10;
}
case(2)
{
iEnhanceStonRate = 20;
}
case(3)
{
iEnhanceItemRate = 10;
iEnhanceStonRate = 30;
}
case(4)
{
iC4CostumeRate = 10;
iEnhanceItemRate = 20;
iEnhanceStonRate = 50;
iEnchantRate = 30;
And then there's 5 cases, which I'm assuming the fifth one is Elite difficulty, and the only one that has a chance to drop it.
Then how come Dexterity is common, and accepted to drop from all sulfer spider difficulties? Did this change after G13 or something?
