Oh well, It's a permanent feature, so I am sure they will fix it. Particularly given this means it's unbuyable. That's a bring-down-the-whole-network-if-need-be level of urgency for them.

Seems they stopped being assholes and let anyone be able to buy it. Didn't make sense they did this since I was able to buy the combat one when they released it just fine.
