It seems on Ruari our wolf is not spawning, is this happening on other servers. Also I would like to know if this will bring an emergency maint and if it will be done tomorrow or today.

On Tarlach it spawns 15 minutes after even numbered hours (PDT)

I wish it was more obvious, the wolf spawns 2 hours after what? Starting from midnight? 1 AM? After it's last kill? The event rewards are tempting, but sitting duck without knowing when it'll appear bothers me.
