I hate all the final ones, and 2 of the middle ones....So im gonna get the otter, and evolve it once.

Tsutarja doesn't look as much as a troll when it's evolved!

I don't like the fire ones. At all. I like the second ones for water/grass, and final forms for those two are cool. Except the grass one doesn't seem to fit. The water one fits even less. :/

I just don't feel like it makes sense...
Mijumaru stands up on two legs for 2 evolutions, then it stands on four legs for its last??
@_@
Does any other Pokemon do this? I've seen the inverse, not 2-legs -> 4-legs.

Cyndaquil to Quilava kind of does...
Meowth to Persian definitely does!
Yeah, that's all I've got. ._.

Bagon (two legged) evolves into Shelgon(four legged), and I guess you can also say that Metang evolves into Metagross, but since that evolution line levitates anyways, it doesn't matter.
But I'm guessing I'm going to have Mijumaru as my starter instead of Pokabu. Fire-type starters are usually my thing, but from looking at the evolutions, it really does look like it's going to be another Fire/Fighting, so I'll go with my second favorite type of starter in the Water-type. While the awkward color scheme of Mijumaru is bad, I'll only have to deal with it no later than the first badge (because I grind my Pokemon to 20's before the first gym, usually), and then we get to the nice looking second stage. Sure, I don't know how you get badass dogdragon from an otter, but it's not that bad looking. Sure, the Tsutaja line looks really nice, but I just don't really care for Grass-types.

Eh.. I've always gone with fire type but if that's going to be the evolution...
I'll probably go grass this time even though I don't really like working with grass types ._.

Mudkip evolves into Marshshtomp, which makes the change from 4 legs-2 legs. Marshstomp evolves into Swampert. Although his sprite looks like he stands on 2 legs, I've seen at some point in the anime where Swampert stands on all 4s, kind of like an ape.

Can't say I love Fire-types.
Go, go, Mijumaru!

If this is really true, I'm probably going with Mijumaru or Tsutarja then.

Fake. They are so painfully unlike the previous forms it can't be real.
Mijumaru's second form is based upon a supposedly leaked one. But the other ones are 100% fake.
If by some slim chance they are real, I'll catch something else and use that instead.
Or I'll hunt down an everstone or something.

So much Fire Type hate. All you are going to be hating on me and Ganon D;

It's not so much as hating on Fire, as much as it's hating on a potential third Fire/Fighting-type starter. Sure, this guy might be a more defensive, but slower Blaziken/Infernape. It's bad enough when Creatures got lazy and made the same type pairing twice in a row, a third time would be overkill. D:
