Lucky upgrade stone don't work

I tried to s5 my staff with a blue lucky upgrade stone, it failed and now I have to spend 5m to get it up to s5. A guildie and a friend tried to get their weapons to s1 and s3, respectively, and the lucky stone failed on them too. Did anyone else have this problem? I sent a ticket to nexon, but they have not responded yet.
