Production Mastery Rank 1

Ok so I ranked production Mastery to rank 1 and I can't seem to wear the title. It says I must complete my training to equip it. What do I have to complete when my production Mastery is full? Please let me know, what am I missing?

You have to completely master Production Mastery to unlock the title. A completed skill looks like this:

Basically, complete all the training requirements.

First off, use "print screen" button to make screenshots.

Training requirements can be viewed in-game (or HERE), although I don't recommend grinding this particular title up, unless you really want it.

You don't get the master title for getting something to rank 1.

You get the master title for getting something to rank 1 and then completing every single one of the requirements still listed there.
