I havent really seen a guide either for these, but where I trained my skills at was Tir Na Nog mostly.
Shuriken Charge: foxes again
Kunai Storm: Saga episode 4 final when stuck? Id assume that's a good place to train, even if not stuck.
Shadow Bind: Those small walls in tnn will work wonders here, get 5-6 zombies on one side of the wall aggro'd on you while you stand on the other side and shadow bind them without the worry of getting hit.
Shadow Cloak: Probably just at foxes in tir
Sakura's Abyss: how I did this skill was set all to finish in sulfur spider basic and piled as many as I could into finish status and sakura abyss'd them, Episode 4 again would be a good idea. And for the use skill and attack "x amount of enemies" requirement, you can go to provocation with rank 7 + barrier spikes and encircle yourself in spikes, abyss, then use stamina recovering skills/ clouds. (This is if you were to macro/ bot the skill, which I highly recommend for all of these because they're bullshit.)
Explosive Kunai: Foxes at tir near trefor is probably your best bet, or maybe saga ep 4 final
Smokescreen: This takes literally thousands of uses to get to an appropriate rank, alternating debuffing barriers in provocation is how I did it. The debuff is just long enough so that after you use it a second time by the time the skill resets the buff is gone.

I don't think there's been a ninja guide. But it's a pretty damn straightforward skillset. Exactly what are you looking for?

As said above, basically Tir Na Nog is pretty much the place to go.
- Mastery: Tir Na Nog zombies bundled up together, spam Kunai Storm. You won't kill them but you won't have to.
- Shuriken Charge, Shadow Cloak, Shadow Bind, Explosive Kunai, Smokescreen: Anywhere and everywhere as long as they hit something.
- Kunai Storm: Tir Na Nog zombies bundled up together.
- Sakura Abyss: Lingering Darkness with mobs grouped close to the spikes. Personally I did it with TNN zombies bundled up, but I wouldn't recommend it since it kills them.

Im pretty late, I know but still... You can also peacefully train smokescreen and shadow bind on mimic pits in cair or rabbie or math. They won't wake up and start attacking you if you use those on them.
