  But according to anime-planet, I've spent 4 months, 3 weeks, 2 days, 3 hours, and 58 minutes of my life watching anime, and have seen 256 animes to completion. Which is a lot more then I thought before this thread made me check..

  I've taken 3 years of Japanese, and promptly forgot most of it soon after. Probably because I don't have a lot of Japanese exposure from media and such to keep it fresh in the mind? Anyway, I've only watched and surprisingly finished a few series:

  I've been tagging along with the airing seasons for awhile, so the amount of series I've seen has piled up over time. My boyfriend and I pretty much exclusively watch anime, so if we're done keeping up with the airing season's episodes, we're digging for an older series to watch.

  Also, Irise, nice taste with Gakuen Alice! I really enjoyed that one a lot, I'm sad the ending in the manga and future arcs were never animated.
