The numbered ones probably give that much training. Common is like 15%, advanced is the same as the ones u got from 7th ani event boxes, and the finest ones give like 85% iirc.

I can't believe I never made a post on this. Just went through all the old KR event posts and came across it:

This was back in February when they were selling the odd eye cat outfit.

I'm assuming it's this thing?

5 upgrades, 20 dura, 8-50 damage, 15 crit, 35 balance
These are the tags: /equip/righthand/weapon/wand/magic_school_repairable/dyeable/

3 parts colorable, the pink ribbon and the cap at the end of the handle are fixed pink.
Handle, lower half of fuzzy, and upper half of fuzzy are the three parts.

I think that's the jist of what we'll be able to get from this, I highly doubt it will wow or amaze us and will just be a fashionogi weapon.

At first glance we're getting trolled.
"A wand shaped like a foxtail that cats love. Wave it in front of cats and they will love it."

But upon looking at the item data, it does appear to be an actual wand, dyeable too. Has a special hit effect and sound and... takes score scrolls in the right-hand... what the crap is this?
