  Mafia event is new, this prop predates the existence of Tir Chonaill and G1, its from Mabi's alpha stage.

  Some people theorize that the fairy had the role that Eiry later took up. No assets from any of these NPCs exist in the client today (not sure about server), except maybe a file in the data/db/npc/unuse/ folder called fairy_talk.data, which might have something to do with that fairy.

  So the NPC girl in the first picture, named Alice, is what we know as Malcolm now. The very first picture on this thread is of Jason, who is Trefor now. Interestingly enough, old Ferghus's name was Forbes.

  If you mean Celled's picture, it's probably taken in Aura, so location doesn't matter.
  
  If you mean the alpha pictures, nowhere in Alpha is inthe current game. That town isn't tir, the only place whose name I know for sure is Sidhe Grove Camp, which looks similar to Dugald Aisle but with a different layout. (Fun fact, the background music that plays in Tir's graveyard is called Sidhe Grove Camp.)
